Royal Van September Series Results

Congrats to Ken Reid and crew on Eagle, CAN122 for winning the September Series at the Royal Vancouver YC. Conditions were light on Saturday and windy and wet on Sunday as a front came through. But you're doing something right if your throwout is a third!

Great Lakes Summer Dragon Regattas

Last weekend was Cleveland Race Week at Edgewater YC, on Lake Erie (congratulations Ian and Muffy Orr in Morven, CAN139) and this weekend is the Founders Regatta at RCYC in Toronto on Lake Ontario. It may be lake racing, but these are big lakes!

Beautiful spring weather for the opening regatta of the Spring Series. Decent breeze and sunny skies. 9 Dragons registered for the event with Paul Taylor taking the prize. Next regatta is the weekend of May5/6.
