There are already 18 boats registered for the First International Dragon Classics in Ascona in September 2009, which is very fine. Most of these boats have a German registration.
Where is the International answer to this German challenge?
Where are the British, Scandinavian, Italian, French and Dutch classic dragons? Use the chance for this very special event only for our beloved wooden Classics!
I’m sure, the Yacht Club of Ascona still accepts more registrations.

Re: Classic Dragons Ascona
Sounds and looks as if it was a great event (the venue looks amazing). Congratulations to the Yacht club of Ascona and to the people who competed. Classic Dragon racing is definitely something that we need to encourage and develop.

It's been a challenging challenge for the members who joined the competition. Congratulations everyone.
For sure the next Dragon Gold Cup 2010 will be a lot of fun and exciting too. The event will be held on August 5, 2010 at Sweden.
